Core challengeMultiple product teams had each drifted into their own UI kit (both in Figma and Storybook). The core challenge was uniting them on a single token-driven system without stalling delivery or compromising quality.

A year in, the library is used by 8 teams and spans 303 components, 71 styles, and 226 variables — driving roughly 330K component inserts and 450K variable inserts over the past year (about 3.4K inserts in a typical week).
